The Human Development Center for Training (HDCT) was established in March 2022. It is the first fully integrated training center in the Sultanate of Oman that works on integrating, developing skills, and empowering persons with disabilities, people with special needs, and individuals with learning difficulties through education, training, and employment, with the aim of achieving true inclusion for all and building a more inclusive and accepting society.
The Center includes an elite group of certified and specialized professionals providing a comprehensive range of services for persons with disabilities of different types, levels, and age groups, through stages of education, training, and skills development, all the way to graduation and employment.
To be the national partner for inclusion in the Sultanate of Oman, contributing to achieving the goals of Oman Vision 2040 by empowering individuals, supporting inclusion within institutions, and building programs that enhance equality and community integration.
